Automatic laser welding machine for water pump impeller
The fully automatic laser welding machine for water pump impeller adopts a brand new thinking technology, which has a very fast welding speed, good welding accuracy, and good beam mode. It can achieve a brand new fully automatic welding positioning, and the production efficiency is several times higher than other laser welding. This laser welding machine adopts an automatic platform, a rotating table, and an automatic lifting laser beam. With the software assistance of the laser welding machine, it can be freely modified and the operation method is simple.
Characteristics of laser welding impeller models:
The X, Y, Z, and D axes of the welded workpiece are step driven, meeting the requirements of large stroke;
High positioning repeatability accuracy;
Weldable points, straight lines, circles, ellipses, and squares can be traced along any plane;
High power laser power supply, capable of 24-hour mass production;
A four axis linkage control system specially designed for laser welding, with stable performance and easy to use.
The main advantages of laser welding impellers are:
(1) It can reduce the amount of heat input to the minimum required, with a small range of metallographic changes in the heat affected zone and minimal deformation caused by thermal conduction.
(2) The welding process parameters for single pass welding of 32mm thick plates have been verified and qualified, which can reduce the time required for thick plate welding and even save the use of filler metal.
(3) No need to use electrodes, there is no concern of electrode contamination or damage. And because it does not belong to the contact welding process, the wear and deformation of the equipment can be reduced.
(4) Laser beams are easy to focus, align, and be guided by optical instruments. They can be placed at an appropriate distance from the workpiece and can be guided between tools or obstacles around the workpiece. Other welding methods cannot be applied due to the aforementioned spatial limitations.
(5) The workpiece can be placed in a closed space (under vacuum or controlled internal gas environment).
(6) The laser beam can be focused on a very small area and can weld small and closely spaced components,
(7) The range of weldable materials is wide, and various heterogeneous materials can also be joined together.
(8) Easy to automate high-speed welding and can also be controlled digitally or by a computer.
(9) When welding thin materials or fine diameter wires, there will be no problem of melting back like in arc welding.
(10) Not affected by magnetic fields (arc welding and electron beam welding are easier), it can accurately align the welded parts.
(11) Can weld two metals with different physical properties (such as different resistances)
(12) No vacuum or X-ray protection is required.
(13) The device can be switched to transmit the laser beam to multiple workstations.
